We will need to know as much of the following information as possible.
- Finger Size (if known)
- Metal Type
- Trim Stone Info: Types, Qualities, Shapes, Dimensions, Approximate Carat Weight (if known)
- Finish Date Desired
- Center Diamond Shape, Size & Dimensions (if known)
- Description(s) of the design element(s) you want to incorporate or combine
- In our reply e-mail to you, we will provide an e-mail address for you to forward any sketches, images, etc.

After going over the information supplied by you in our custom e-mail quote form (and follow up communications if necessary) we will provide a quote for the project. An approximate timeline will also be provided as well.

| Step 2 - Engineering & Design |

When you are ready to go ahead with the job we require an initial non-refundable design fee ($300.00-$500.00 depending on complexity). This fee is 100% applicable to the order total, once completed. Upon receipt of the design fee our design team will create your custom design in our CAD software. Once the design is complete, we send you the photo-like renderings (and when possible a video) for approval.

Changes or modifications may be made at this stage if you wish. Extra charges may apply.

Upon your approval of the design and before making the ring in the metal, we require the balance of the quote be paid. |

| Step 3 - Casting, Fabrication, Stone Setting & Finishing |

Our team of master goldsmiths, diamond setters and artisans will expertly craft your design into an heirloom quality ring. Once your ring is complete, we will send you photos of the finished item. |
