Step 1 - Please confirm that your project falls within the scope of our services.

Step 2- Free Quote
To provide a free quote we will need to know as much of the following information as possible.
- Finger Size (if known)
- Metal Type
- Side Stone Info: Types, Qualities, Shapes, Dimensions, Approximate Carat Weight (if known)
- Finish Date Desired
- Center Diamond Shape, Size & Dimensions (if known)
- Description(s) of the design element(s) you want to incorporate or combine
- In our reply e-mail to you, we will provide an e-mail address for you to forward any sketches, images, etc.
Step 3 - Engineering & Design
When you are ready to go ahead with the job, we require an initial non-refundable design fee ($300.00-$800.00 depending on the complexity of the design). This fee is 100% applicable to the custom order. Upon receipt of the design fee our design team will create your custom design in our CAD software; this usually takes 3-6 business days. Once the design is complete in our software, we then send you the screen shots of the design for your approval. Changes or modifications may be made at this stage if you wish, extra charges may apply. Upon your approval of the design and before making the actual ring in the metal, we require the balance of the quote be paid.
Step 4 - Casting, Fabrication, Stone Setting & Finishing
Our team of master goldsmiths, diamond setters and artisans will expertly craft your design into an heirloom quality ring. Once your ring is complete, we will send you photos of the finished item. Your ring is then shipped safely and fully insured to you.
