Life Time Trade In

We have a 100% life-time trade-in policy on your center diamond (diamonds of .33 carat & larger) for your original purchase price. This trade-in policy applies to diamonds from our normal inventory only and specifically does not apply to special order diamonds (any valid exceptions to this must be in writing.) Trade-in policy does not apply to diamonds damaged or altered in anyway. Trade-in policy applies only to original purchaser of the diamond. For verification purposes, trade-ins must be accompanied by all original receipts and any diamond laboratory documents in original condition. Failure to supply original receipt and all original diamond laboratory documents in original condition along with diamond will void the trade-in policy.

Credit will not be given for shipping, handling, insurance, and/or certification fees from original purchase. Trade-in credit will be given in the form of store credit only (no cash refunds after 90 days) and must be used within one year of trade-in. Credit cannot be used for tax, shipping, handling, insurance, and/or certification charges.
