The following conditions apply:

All items must be returned in original condition accompanied with all receipts, documents, and accessories included in original package. Damaged or altered diamonds will not be accepted for return.

Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.

Please note that any returns of purchases paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% restocking charge.

Please note that any returns of purchases paid by in store financing will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Refunds will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be in the form of company check (less any bank charges) When payment was made by credit card, the same credit card will be credited for the invoice amount less any shipping and insurance charges and the restocking charge.

You must call or email us before returning an item to receive a return authorization number. Packages received without a return authorization number clearly marked on the label will be refused.

Rings and Jewelry

We have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on:

(1) Complete rings with diamond center stones.

(2) Diamond earrings & pendants.

All returns must be returned in original condition. Any item that is not returned in original, un-damaged, un-altered condition will void the money-back guarantee policy, this includes any ring that has been sized or altered in any way. Custom order items and special order items are not refundable.

Any ring that is expressly made to fit a stone other than the specified size & shape stone on the rings product page of our web site is considered a special order item and is not returnable. Any ring ordered in a finger size other than stock size is considered a Special Order and is not returnable. Any ring ordered with any alteration from the stock design pictured on our web-site, E.g. Different center stone, different trim stones, etc is considered a special order and is not returnable.

Non Diamond Center Stones

Non diamond center stones such as Sapphire, Ruby, Moissanite, etc. are not returnable but may be traded in at full purchase price within 30 days of purchase towards the purchase of a similar size diamond assuming the non-diamond center stone has not been damaged.

How To Ship Items To Us

Package all items securely into a BOX to protect them. Do not use an envelope by itself.

Ship using USPS (Registered Mail with insurance is recommended), UPS, or FEDEX and insure the package for your original purchase amount.

If using UPS or FEDEX, we highly recommend using UPS and FEXEX staffed locations.

Please be aware that UPS & FEDEX will not insure loose stones.

Do not use the word Diamond or Jewelers on the shipping label. Be sure to enclose a note with your name & contact info.
