All returns must be returned in original condition. Any item that is not returned in original, un-damaged, un-altered condition will void the money-back guarantee policy, this includes any ring that has been sized or altered in any way. Custom order items and special order items are not refundable.
Any ring that is expressly made to fit a specific stone is considered a special order item and is not returnable. Any ring ordered in a finger size other than stock size is considered a Special Order and is not returnable. Any ring ordered with any alteration from the stock design pictured on our web-site, E.g. How To Ship Items To Us
Package all items securely into a BOX to protect them. Do not use an envelope.
Ship using USPS (Registered Mail with insurance is recommended), UPS, or FEDEX and insure the package for your original purchase amount.
Please be aware that UPS & FEDEX will not insure loose stones.
Do not use the word Diamond or Jewelers on the shipping label. Be sure to enclose a note with your name & contact info.
