We are required to collect Minnesota sales tax for any order originating in or picked up in our Minneapolis Store and also any orders shipped within Minnesota

We are not required to collect sales tax for orders originating from outside Minnesota and shipped outside of Minnesota. Out state customers should be aware that they are likely responsible for declaring and paying use tax in their home state, please consult your local tax laws.
