Special Orders

Any ring designated as a Special Order is considered a non-cancelable / non-returnable order. In the event of any deficiency in workmanship and/or materials occurring with a special order item, all workmanship and materials warranties are still in effect and any deficiency in workmanship and/or materials will be remedied. However, even in the event of a workmanship and/or materials warranty issue, the special order item remains non-cancelable / non-returnable.

Any ring that is expressly made to fit a stone other than the specified size & shape stone on the rings product page of our web site is considered a Special Order item and is not returnable. Any ring ordered in a finger size other than stock size is considered a Special Order and is not returnable. Any ring ordered with any alteration from the stock design pictured on our web-site, E.g. different center stone, different side stones, different metal type, different metal color, different karat Gold, etc., is considered a Special Order and is not returnable.
