Cleaning, Polishing, & Plating is Free for the Life of Your Ring
Knox Jewelers LLC stands behind every one of our rings sold with our center stone. We want your ring to be as beautiful ten years from now as the day you picked it up from our showroom. All above qualified rings sold by Knox Jewelers LLC have a free lifetime cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating warranty. All cleaning, polishing, and rhodium plating of white gold items is free for the life of the ring for the original owner (white gold items will be rhodium plated free of charge twice per year) Customer is responsible for any shipping charges and assumes all risks of loss during transit.
Diamond Replacement Warranty - Gold Ring Limited Warranty
Knox Jewelers LLC warranties for the life of any of our Gold rings sold with our center stone (original owner only) against loss or breakage of any trim diamond (.25 carat & less) due to normal wear. Any loss by damage or unusual wear to the ring is not covered. For this warranty to remain valid, original owner must have the ring inspected twice per year at Knox Jewelers LLC. Additionally, owner must have the warranty paper signed by a Knox Jewelers LLC representative. For warranty to remain valid, original owner must agree to any recommended repairs or maintenance, such work to be performed by Knox Jewelers LLC (only). If any work is performed on ring outside of this agreement, said action will void the warranty. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges and assumes all risks of loss during transit.

Knox Jewelers LLC warranties for the life of any of our Platinum rings sold with our center stone (original owner only) against loss or breakage of any trim diamond (.25 carat & less) due to normal wear. Any loss by damage or unusual wear to the ring is not covered. For this warranty to remain valid, original owner must have the ring inspected twice per year at Knox Jewelers LLC and have the warranty paper signed by a Knox Jewelers LLC representative. For lifetime warranty to remain valid, original owner must agree to any recommended repairs or maintenance, such work to be performed by Knox Jewelers LLC only. All such work will be done by Knox Jewelers LLC at no charge to the customer with a valid warranty. If any work is performed on ring outside of this agreement, said action will void the warranty. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges and assumes all risks of loss during transit.
Ring Sizing
Knox Jewelers will provide one free resize within twelve months of purchase. The only exception to this policy
is for Platinum rings that are needed in a larger size than the size ordered. Due to the significant costs of adding
additional Platinum after the fact, customer is responsible for these charges. Customer is responsible for any shipping
charges and assumes all risks of loss during transit.
Insurance & Appraisal
Please be sure to insure your rings through your home-owners/renters policy all risk insurance as our warranty does not cover center stones. Additionally, all risk insurance is the only way to provide protection from all potential risks such as loss, theft, etc.
