This includes any individual diamond weighing .33 carat and larger, such as:

  • Engagement Ring Diamonds
  • Diamond Pendants
  • Diamond Earrings

The following conditions apply:

The 30 Day Money-back Guarantee does not apply to diamonds sold as "Online Only." These diamonds have a 10 day return option with a 5% restocking fee plus any addition refund fees listed below.

All items must be returned in original condition accompanied with all receipts, documents, and accessories included in original package. Damaged or altered diamonds will not be accepted for return.

Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.

Please note that any returns of purchases paid by credit card will be subject to a 3% refund charge.

Please note that any returns of purchases paid by in store financing will be subject to a 10% refund charge.

Refunds will be processed within five business days. All refunds will be in the form of company check (less any bank charges) When payment was made by credit card, the same credit card will be credited for the invoice amount less any shipping and insurance charges and the restocking charge.

You must call or email us before returning an item to receive a return authorization number. Packages received without a return authorization number clearly marked on the label will be refused.

Rings and Jewelry

We have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on:

  • Non special order engagement rings and wedding bands
  • Non custom made engagement rings and wedding bands
  • Earrings, Pendants, and Bracelets

All returns must be returned in original condition. Any item that is not returned in original, un-damaged, un-altered condition will void the money-back guarantee policy, this includes any ring that has been sized or altered in any way. Custom order items and special order items are not refundable.

Any ring that is expressly made to fit a specific stone is considered a special order item and is not returnable. Any ring ordered in a finger size other than stock size is considered a Special Order and is not returnable. Any ring ordered with any alteration from the stock design pictured on our web-site, E.g. Different center stone, different trim stones, etc is considered a special order and is not returnable.

How To Ship Items To Us

Package all items securely into a BOX to protect them. Do not use an envelope.

Ship using USPS (Registered Mail with insurance is recommended), UPS, or FEDEX and insure the package for your original purchase amount.

Please be aware that UPS & FEDEX will not insure loose stones.

Do not use the word Diamond or Jewelers on the shipping label. Be sure to enclose a note with your name & contact info.
